Large Format Cleaner

The HDF6 Range is designed to offer the SDI cleaning power to customers running wide format substrates. This powerful machine can work 24 hours per day in the most demanding of environments. It has been designed to give maximum cleaning performance with minimum downtime for Adhesive Roll purging - perfect for highly contaminated substrates.

MACHINE FEATURES 

• Double-sided cleaning without scratching
  or abrasion using 63.5mm diameter
  polymer rollers
• 1524mm (6”) core Adhesive Rolls doubles the time
  between purges
• Operator –adjustable “pre-gap” allows
  material thickness up to 250mm (1”)
• Front access to Adhesive Rolls
•  Auto-reverse can sense trailing edge and
  return substrate to operator
• Anti-static bars prevent re-attraction of
  airborne particles
• Pneumatic control of Adhesive Roll
  (rather than being gravity fed) allows
  perfect cleaning pressure to be set
• Sophisticated PLC allows precise
  adjustment of machine features or
  interface allows easy operation of
  features, and audible and visual warnings
  to strip Adhesive Rolls
• The HDF6 Range can use narrower
  Adhesive Rolls if required, saving
  consumable costs
• Height –adjustable stand
