Pola e Massa from Ovada (AL) in Italy has been specifically dedicated to equipment of stainless steel and plastic for various manufacturing processes.
The experience acquired in the PCB surface treatment has allowed Pola e Massa to obtain good results even in the field of metal surface treatment. Located in the town of Ovada, in the heart of the most advanced industrial area of northern Italy with the factory area of 6000 sqm all the activities involving design, final assembling and testing are directly performed by Pola e Massa. The stocked spare parts inventory ensures a fast supply to all the End-Users of Pola e Massa's equipment.

Performance

Since 1978 Pola e Massa has been spending efforts to design and manufacture equipment, both metal and polymeric material made, for various manufacturing processes and sectors, also providing automation systems and a complete list of accessories. Experiences gained, well-known technologies and continue R&D investments, have enabled the company to offer heterogeneous solutions for very different applications in both the Printed Circuit Board and the Metal Precision Finishing industry.

Pola e Massa is currently organized into two Divisions that, very often, synergistically work together to guarantee up-to-date products and services:

Equipment for Printed Circuit Boards (PCB's)
The existing Pola e Massa product range includes heterogeneous equipment and configurations, metals or polymeric materials made, specifically dedicated to various steps in the PCB's manufacturing and handling processes:

Equipment for Metals and other Materials 
Standard equipment or customized solutions, able to manage heterogeneous materials (aluminium, stainless steel, metal alloys, ceramic, glass, etc…), are available for various processes. Main applications in which Pola e Massa can support its own customers are related to:

• Slags/oxide removal
