The large container system (LCS) is an option for the VCP Plugging Equipment in case of larger volume filling production is required

(The system is retrofitable in the field)

Description:

• Advantage of the system is that Cartridges will be filled automatically
• The container of the LCS system is containing eight (8) times more volume than the Cartridge itself (approx 2.5kg)
• The LCS system with the paste is set-up outside the VCP system
• A high pressure valve for dispensing paste is located under the traverse within the vacuum chamber of the VCP plugging machine

Function:

• The piston is pressed into the paste container with a frequency controlled gear motor
• At the bottom of the container, the paste is pressed through a tube into the cartridge
• The 330ml cartridge is filled continuously by signal of the sensor, when the actual filling process is completed
• Filling tme depends on the ink viscosity - typical between 15 to 45 seconds
