Compact size, easy to use and economical.

This stainless steel conveyorized machine, with compact structure, has been designed to remove and to wash away all residues from the board after "dirty" processes. The unit has particularly proved its effectiveness after H.A.L. The rinsing water backwards cascading system reduces water consumption to a minimum. The two tanks below the rinsing sections are fitted with appropriate filter drawers for effective protection of the pumps. Further filters at the pump outlets prevent clogging of the spraying nozzles.

  • Pre-rinse with cold or warm water

The stainless steel machine includes a 640mm working width conveyor with ø 25mm rollers, that allows to treat printed circuits with minimum size 90 mm (length) and 25 mm (width).
The module is suitable to clean and wash the board's surface.

Base machine description

Line equipped with:

  • N. 4 washing sections
  • N. 1 pair of cylindrical nylon brushes
  • N. 1 drying section with a couple of special air-jet blowers, fed by a double wheeled turbine
  • N. 1 section with thermoadjustable warm air.The first washing section is complete with pre-washing
  • N. 3 pairs of spraying manifolds, followed by a pair of nylon brushes.
  • The pump sends the water from the first tank to a cartridge filter, which feeds the spraying manifolds.
  • The following section is complete with n.1 pair of spraying manifolds fed by a pump.
  • The pump sends the water from the second tank to a cartridge filter, which feeds the spraying manifolds.
  • The third section is complete with n. 1 pair of spraying manifolds fed by a pump.
  • The pump sends the water from the third tank to a cartridge filter, which feeds the spraying manifolds.
  • The fourth section in complete with n. 1 pair of spraying manifolds fed by a relative pump.
  • The pump sends the water from the fourth tank to a cartridge filter, which feeds the spraying manifolds.
  • The line is fed by city water from the fourth tank.
  • The water back cascades from this section to the previous ones.
  • The water flow is visualized by a flowmeter and adjusted by means of a manual valve.
  • Over the first two washing tanks are placed removable drawer filters.
  • The final drying section is complete with a couple of special air-jet blowers fed by a double wheeled turbine, placed inside the machine.
  • A more effective drying is achieved by means of a final section with thermoadjustable warm air.
  • The conveyor speed is adjustable.
  • The economy system provides for water and power saving with machine in stand-by.
  • As an option, the following devices can be applied to the machine:Heater for warm water:
  • This application allows to warm the water in the first washing tank and, on request, also in the second tank.

Options

  • Second pair of horizontal nylon brushes
    • A second pair of horizontal nylon brushes can be placed after the first washing section for a more effective cleaning of the boards.
  • Vertical brushes
    • Two additional rows of vertical brushes can be placed between the second and the third washing section to complete the cleaning of the upper side of the boards.
  • Second pair of air-jets
    • A second pair of air-jets fed by a double wheeled turbine can be placed inside the machine for a more powerful drying of the boards.
  • 10 bar pump
    • Iit is possible to increase the washing pressure of the spraying manifolds in the second washing section by means of an inside 10 bar pump.
  • External 30 bar pump group:
    • It is possible to increase the washing pressure of the spraying manifolds in the second washing section by means of an external 30 bar pump group.
    • Filtering inox group with 6 cartridges. Filtering group oilsorb.

Stainless Steel Stripping Machine

Model 25/2, for alkaline solutions

The upgraded stripping equipment – 25/2 – in addition to an improved look, offers a very efficient operation, a sophisticated user-friendly automatic control, and very low both of water and electrical energy consumption.

Great attention was paid to the filtration of the stripped film by our designers: the efficient removal of the dissolved dry-film particles from the system is extremely important for a correct and economical operation of this process. The standard model is fitted with a rotating drum filter and a sloped slide, properly placed to convey the stripped dry-film into a basket, for easy disposal.The machine can also come complete with an optional cyclone filtration unit, which can further provide for an extremely advanced level of filtration; moreover the unit is particularly suitable to treat the residues of "formulated" stripping solutions.

The machine includes

  • Complete draining control and fully automatic filling system of the stripping chambers (the solution titre and the level are automatically obtained)

This user-friendly equipment was designed for high flexibility and low operator intervention. All process parameters to be kept under control in order to optimise the machine operation are visualized and can be set on the liquid-crystal display: the titre of the concentrated solution, the percentage of the board surface to be stripped, the anti-foam cycle time, etc.

The first module includes

  • Entry conveyor fitted with sensors monitoring the incoming boards and complete with an exhaust duct for connection to the fume aspiration system
  • 1st stripping chamber (1635mm long – 2 off 7,5 HP pumps)
  • Built-in rotating drum-filter for dry-film separation
  • 2nd stripping chamber (430mm long – 1 off 5,5 HP pump)
  • 3 rinsing sections (total 900mm long – 2 pumps rated 3 HP; 1 pump rated 1,5 HP)

The second module includes

  • Drying section fitted with turbines and blowers, complete with air intake filter
  • Air heating section for thorough drying of the boards
  • Exit conveyor

Three models are available following length and number of developing chambers:

  • Model 2/25: 2 developing chambers
    (mm 1135 + 430)
  • Model 2/25/S: 2 developing chambers
    (mm 1635 + 430)
  • Model 25/3: 3 developing chambers

The standard machine is supplied with

  • anti-foam dosing system
  • automatic regeneration system of the developing solution based on the continuous monitoring of alkalinity and conductivity levels in the chambers or, as an alternative, semiautomatic regeneration system of the developing solution based on the surface reading of the incoming boards
  • complete draining control and fully automatic filling system of the developing chambers (the solution titre and level are automatically obtained)
  • PLC and dedicated, in-house created software prearrangement for direct connection to ultrafiltration system
  • The solution preset temperatures are consistently controlled by means of heaters and cooling coils (the latter can even be connected to an external refrigerating unit, on request)
  • A maximum cycle time has been fixed and programmed in the PLC for every sequence and operation cycle in order to improve the process supervision and to prevent any major misfunction.

Including

  • Etching chamber with 4 spraying sections (2 upper + 2 lower sections)
  • Supporting titanium frame, providing for spraying manifold oscillation
  • The oscillation of the manifolds is controlled by an inverter drive and can be adjusted with regards to the conveyor speed
  • Automatic regeneration of the etching solution : the exhausted solution is drained while fresh solution is replenished by back cascade flow from the last "anti-pollution" section
  • A dedicated densimeter,precise and reliable, complete with long life probes controls the regeneration process
  • The spraying chamber is separate from the solution tank: very few ammonia vapours in case of service
  • Moreover the side location of the solution tank prevents deformation of the spraying chamber.
