On-site support includes different activities, such as diagnostic visit and report, audits, programmed maintenance, overhauls, upgrades installation and emergency intervention to fix problems.
Remote Support
Our remote support center uses the latest available technologies to give you full instant support. We will give you the opportunity to talk directly to WISE senior engineers, available at WISE headquarters, in case of any critical matters arising during production. The remote connection could be used as well for upgrade and or modification.
