Paste Recycling Unit: PRS-3000

  • PRS 3000Paste recycling system for filtering contaminated paste
  • Paste cleaned using a stainless-steel filter
  • Also removes air bubbles from the paste
  • For filling standard cartridges and LCS paste containers
  • Built-in vacuum generator

Function:

  • The excess paste from the VCP's filling and scavenging chambers are caught by special drip tray
  • From drip tray the excess paste will be poored into the vacuum pot
  • From vacuum pot the paste will be pushed through filter under pressure
  • Depending on type of paste there are different filters available
  • The filtered paste will be squeeged into the Cartridge that is mounted underneath the vacuum pot
  • The amount of cycles is limited depending on cleanliness/opacity after filtering                                                                      

Large Container System:

lcs 3The large container system (LCS) is an option for the VCP Plugging Equipment in case of larger volume filling production is required

(The system is retrofitable in the field)

Description:

  • Advantage of the system is that Cartridges will be filled automatically
  • The container of the LCS system is containing eight (8) times more volume than the Cartridge itself (approx 2.5kg)
  • The LCS system with the paste is set-up outside the VCP system
  • A high pressure valve for dispensing paste is located under the traverse within the vacuum chamber of the VCP plugging machine

  • Generic Container (Paste Bucket) mounting device
  • compatible with standard larger volume paste containers from Peters Lackwerke & Taiyo

Automatic Filling Head Cleaning system: ER-1000

RE 1000The machine is designed for cleaning of fill heads and also for cleaning of connectors and tubes of Via Filler VCP and VHF.

Plant description basic frame:

  • The machine is completely made of stainless steel (V2A)
  • The basic frame is made up of a stable welded stainless steel frame
  • The outer jacket is made up of canted stainless steel sheets
  • All the sheets allow to be opened and removed with ease by entering catch locks for allowing access
  • The plant is designed such that all components are clearly arranged

Function:

  • The contaminated fill head is put into cleaning station and connected with pressure air of frequency controller pump
  • Cleaning time is set via clock timer
  • Single cleaning takes time for approx. 15 – 45 minutes, but depends on plugging paste

Controls:

  • The control unit is incorporated in a control cabinet fastened to the basic frame
  • The power pack contains the main contactors, fuses, semiconductor relays, protective motor switches and main power supply
