Description
The A9L is based on our A9 test head technology with a new powerful drive technology and granite base to ensure high accuracy.
The universal shuttle system including tension option supports product sizes up to 915 x 660mm (36” x 26”) with an active test of 889 x 610mm (35” x 24”)
The A9L has an outstanding test speed of 25 contacts per second per test head and improved motion control with highest accuracy for advanced test functionalities like BackDrill test and active component testing.
