Description

The fully automated A9aL, 8-head, double-sided, high-speed, high-accuracy flying probe test system features state-of-the-art technology.
The electrical test system enables to test of the latest ultra-fine designs while helping to reach industry-leading automation goals.

A9aL can test pad sizes down to 50 microns and is capable of testing products up to a size of 25” x 21” in automation and manual mode. The A9a eliminates limitations due to test point density or fine-pitch contacts and features embedded component test, 4-wire Kelvin measurement capability with an accuracy of +/- 0,025 mΩ +/- 2%, HiPOT, and latent testing.

Test speeds of up to 220 measurements/second in combination with a “lights-out” automated handling solution enable the test of larger production runs. A key feature of the A9aL is a universal tension and clamping shuttle system, which supports bended and flexible production panel test.
